All we wonder, is why has the war started in the first place? We may never know. I am Nad En, a young boy from our village. Mythical beasts attack in this village every night. WILL Nad be able to stop the war before It’s too late? Find out in the new daily series, The War For Peace.

The War For Peace Book 1

TMD and Scrib Present

Nad En, age 16 tried everything in his power to stop the raging two-year war, but no one would listen to him. In fact, people had tried to lock him up! But since he’s the military chief’s son, nobody could try to do that. He voyaged on a journey once, to feed the fiery beasts, but once he returned, a villager stabbed the beast's tail. Ouch! The beast set fire to half the colossal village. Right after the incident, he was locked up in Village Local Jail for “taming” of the monstrous beasts. Nad just wanted peace in the village.

_____________________________________________________________________

Current day:

Nad woke up to a rather rude awakening. His father was hunting down a beast while the other beasts stole fish and ran. Nad took a reckless decision and tried to stop the military by throwing a hammer, but instead, it hit the beast. The beast crashed into the forest.

“Oh no. This is really not good! I mustn't stay here for longer. If I do, I could be awarded the title of being in the military!”-Nad.

Nad’s dad, Majowen returned home. When his dad saw Nad writing secretly in his notebook, he praised the feat Nad had achieved.

“Nad. You have proved yourself to be ready for the war. What do you say? Want to train for the war?”-Majowen.

“Umm, no thanks, dad. I think I’m better off pursuing my dream of being a blacksmith.”-Nad.

As soon as his dad left, Nad snuck out of his wood house and went by himself into the forest. Anion, his friend, also the shaman's son followed him into the forest.

“Anion? What are you doing here?!”-Nad, “and how did you get here?”

“I snuck out like you did because I want to help and stop this violent war before it ends.”

“No! This is dangerous! Don’t try Anion. Please.”-Nad.

After venturing further, Nad had moved on and had discovered a wonderful sight. There were glowing nests all over the great birch forest.

“Whoa. This is why I said I should come with you.”-Anion.

Nad slaps his forehead violently.

“Don’t need to slap your forehead!”-Anion.

“It’s fine Anion. I’m fine.”-Nad.

A beast started looking at Nad with the eyes of a hawk glaring angrily.

“This could only mean one thing Nad…”-Anion.

“Got it.” Nad paused to take a breath. “RUN!”

Will Nad and Anion escape the beast? Find out tomorrow…

Recap: Last time on The War For Peace, we introduced Nad and his story. A mid teenager who wants to make a difference by taming the “beasts” and stopping a war potentially wiping out an innocent unknown species _____________________________________________________________________

As they dashed away from the beast, Nad thought of a way to “tame” the beast…

Having thought of a reckless idea, Nad rushed to the river nearby. Trying to get a fish not far behind, the beast rampaged towards him. Nad difficulty ran to the beast having caught his fish, showing no harm by throwing his weapon to the ground. He reached out to the beast with his hand and slowly pushed the fish into the beast’s mouth.

The beast rolled over happily licking Nad’s hand.

“I do not want to call you a beast.” He stated, “Your kind are misunderstood. I’d like to name your not impossible to tame species. I will name your species, The Worm Eaters!”

The beast sighed and snapped a tree in half with its long tail.

“You don’t like that?” “How about… Infernos!”

The beast, I mean Inferno licked Nad’s arm happily.

“What should you call him though, Nad?”-Anion.

“I think I should name him Storm, because he looks a bit like a storm raging in the sky.”-Nad.

“That’s an amazing name! But we can’t bring him home, our families and villagers will just hunt him down!”-Anion.

“Don’t worry. We’ll leave him here in the wild, but we can always return every single day.”-Nad.

“Ok. I like these Infernos! We should get me one!”-Anion

“Soon Anion. Soon.”-Nad.

Nad and Anion returned home only to see the village burning down. Again.

“What happened?!”-Anion.

Majowen rushes down to the front of the village.

“The beasts are attacking! Where were you two? Me and Chief E have been looking tirelessly to try and find you two! Thankfully you are ok. Now help us defend the village!”

“Yes sir! We will help you defend.”-Anion.

“Son, arm the cannons! Anion, help your father and lookout on one of the towers.”-Majowen.

“Got it dad!”-Nad.

The Infernos blazed across the village destroying everything in their path using the powers of the storm. Storm runs across the fire trying to stop the humans from “attacking” Nad.

“Storm?! Why are you here? Could you please stop these infernos from destroying my village. Yes, I know the other villagers hunt your species, I try to stop them but they won’t. But that’s no reason to attack my friends and family!”-Nad.

Storm looking hurt retreated and called the others back to the forest.

“Whoa! So Storm is like the leader of the Infernos or something?”-Anion.

“I think so. He looks a bit different than the other Infernos though. They are fire-breathing beasts and he is a lightning monster!”-Nad.

“Let’s see tomorrow when we meet him…”-Anion.

Majowen peaks out and runs towards Chief E’s quarters.

“I fear our sons are responsible for this attack.” He takes a deep breath. “They are planning to meet up with the leader of these beast attacks.”

“Really Majowen? I must talk with my son and end this nonsense, right now…”-Chief E.

Section One For Weekend Special (Saturday)

Three days later…

Nad woke up admiring the sunrise up in the sky. Little did he know, today, he won’t be able to see his new friend with Anion today.

Nad rushes down the stairs and sees Chief E, his father, and Anion crying.

“Ummmmm? What’s going on here?”-Nad.

“Your actions have landed BOTH you and Anion in our village lock-up.”-Majowen.

“No. This can’t be. I did nothing wrong!”-Nad.

“Save it for another day. But today, I am very ashamed of you. You tamed a beast and made it attack the village.”-Majowen.

“I-I. We didn’t!”-Nad.

“JUST STOP! I can’t take it anymore. Guards, take him away.”-Majowen.

“No! This can’t be. No.”-Nad.

Two long nights passed until…

“I have an idea!”-Anion.

“What?”-Nad.

“I know how to get out of here.”-Anion smirked holding an old-timey paperclip.

Nad and Anion scurried to The Forest of Monsters, where they had met Storm.

Anion spotted another kind of beast as they entered deeper into the woods. Not an Inferno.

“Every beast that attacked our village were Infernos. What kind of beast is this…”-Anion.

Anion went closer to study the new kind of inferno.

“You should tame it Anion! It doesn’t look hostile. It looks more passive.”-Nad.

The beast splashed in the lake nearby.

“Hmmmm. It likes water. I’m going to call this kind of beast Spraytles.”-Anion.

“Ok. Now tame it. This feels really exciting!”-Nad.

Anion picks up a fish and copies every movement Nad had used before. Anion pushed the fish slowly into the Lake Beasts’ mouth.

“I’m going to name you Wave.”-Anion.

Wave splashed, but this time with a little less pressure.

Storm flew through the air riding against the wind. He noticed Wave and introduced himself.

“Rur! Kaaa, rur.”

Wave replied.

“Rur! Kaaa, En.”

“Beast talk. Never understood it, still can’t understand, and never will.”-Anion

Nad reached into his bag and found two saddles.

“No way. You are ready to ride these guys? Almost all Infernos don’t have wings. And my beast is a bit new to the crew.”-Anion.

“Don’t worry Anion. It will be alright.”-Nad.

Nad and Anion place the saddles and start their takeoff.

“You ready?”-Nad.

“Yes. I am.”-Anion replied, trying to act fearlessly.

____________________________________________________________________________

Section Two For Weekend Special (Sunday)

The flight starts…

Nad and Storm zoom across the sky trying different techniques as they ride.

“How about this one?” asked Nad tugging on Storm’s saddle. Instead of flying faster he disobeyed Nad, and went through a loop under a mountain. Nad started falling off Storm. Nad dropped down to the ocean and started to lose air.

“Storm! Help me, I need your help!”-Nad. Storm dived down and swooped for Nad.

“So this was all because you wanted to show me that trick?”-Nad said as he threw seaweed from his hair into the ocean.

Storm replied with a low grunt.

“Storm, I wanted you to go faster, not like that.”-Nad

Nad and Storm rode back to the forest only to see Anion handcuffed with Wave in a cage.

“No. No. It’s all because of me!!”-Nad.

Author’s Note: “Hey everybody, It’s TMD here, and we are terribly sorry that we didn’t post any books the past two weeks. We were pretty busy, but now, we are ready to jump back to The War For Peace. Enjoy!”

_____________________________________________________________________

Nad had just left the forest to start learning how to fly Storm. Anion joined him for a while but left to go explore.

“Wave, there isn’t much to see near where you lived.”-Anion said truthfully.

Wave replied with an agreeing grunt.

“Let's go back where we started,” Anion said casually

As soon as there were about to head back, they heard a cry from another spraytle.

“Let’s go and help the spraytale!”-said Anion ushering Wave to come follow.

As soon as they saw the creature they rushed toward it falling into the trap meant for them

“Let us out!”-Shouted Anion.

Even Wave gave a ferocious grunt

“I don’t think so,” said a voice from the bushes, “Chief E. will be very sad to see you go away again”

Now walking out of the bushes was General Majowen with some more warriors

“We were devastated when you left us,” he said in a sad voice

“You imprisoned us and kept us locked in jail!” said Anion harshly.

“You left us no choice.”-hissed Majowen.

“You will not get away with harming our friends. They mean no harm to us. What did they ever do to us?”-Anion stated his query.

Anion and Wave are pushed into the cages arrogantly by Majowen’s soldiers. As they are tossed aside, he tells them to wait after a couple of minutes. Anion spotted Nad. Will Nad be able to save him???

Anion had been captured. Majowen was furious. Wave has also been captured. What will happen next in our Thursday War For Peace installment!

_____________________________________________________________________

Anion felt hot, he thought “What if they see Nad?” “What if they capture him?” “Will they kill Storm and Wave?” Poor Anion thinking too much as always, it makes him very tense and obnoxious making it complicated to talk to him.

“Hey, kid! Don’t think of any plans, because tomorrow, you will be seeing your ‘spraytale’ dumped in our daily fire.”-Cage Guard 1.

“Yeah, you can mock my dragon all you want, but you will never get what you want from me.”-Anion said lightly, looking depressed. A really close one, or else he would have been punished for his actions of taming a beast and ‘destroying the village.’.

“You watch your mouth young lad, or else we will have no choice but to send you to your ancestors.”-Cage Guard 1.

Meanwhile, Chief E. and his advisors are discussing war with ‘the beasts’.

“We have put up with this foolishness for too long. And now, one of our own, my son has drifted away and joined the beasts.” He breathed in. Then sighed.

“What a life we’ve got.”-Chief E.

“So, when will we attack them exactly?”-Advisor 1.

“You will see. When the time is right Advisor.”-Chief E.

Meanwhile, Nad is exploring the forest, looking for a clue to the whereabouts of Anion.

“Where’d Anion run off to? Storm, let’s fly and look out to where he went.”-Nad states. Storm spots a guard from the village.

Storm growls.

“What is it Storm?”-Nad asks.

Nad looks at the guard.

“No. It can’t be…”

“We’ve got to fly to the village as fast as possible. We may be in the midst of a war…”-Nad predicts.

!!The Great Destroyer!!

_____________________________________________________________________

Chief E. and General Majowen are preparing to transport Anion to the village. Nad has realized supplies are coming and Anion is going home! In a bad way… Get ready for a mind-bending thrilling experience of one of MLEGENDS’ most popular titles!

_____________________________________________________________________

Anion looked through the bars of the cage getting a glimpse of the tall towering tent which was where the soldiers slept and ate.

Meanwhile in the village...

“We should send more men to keep Anion under chains”-Advisor 2 states.

“Yes we must have all the troops stationed and ready to fight whatever comes his way like Nad.”-Advisor 4 agrees.

Chief E. prepares his best men as all of them stand before him and Majowen ready to bring back “the notorious” Anion.

“MEN we have been deceived by one of our own! My son Anion ran away with General Majowen’s, Nad and have lived with the beasts using them to destroy us, but they will pay the price for their trickery!”-Chief E

“They mean to make a mockery of us! Other villages will tell us that we have created peace with the beasts! Our village will be banished from this realm.”- General Majowen replies with a fuming look on his face.

The meeting ends very late at night. Chief E. gets ready to sleep in his cabin.

Chief E. dazes off thinking of the great doom prophesied by The Great Destroyer.

The chief thinks back to when everything was normal. When the land was serene and everything was in harmony. Until The Great Destroyer arrived and told unlikely stories about the beasts to the villagers.“Those stories are true. The beasts want us to be banished from this realm” though Chief E.

In the village far away from harmony now, was perfectly in sync with it just about twenty-five years ago. Ten years before Anion and Nad had been born.

But when The Great Destroyer arrived, everything had changed for the worse.

“Majowen. Egebald.” (Egebald is Chief E.) “You have sworn to protect this realm from evil, but you do not know of the great beasts?”-The Great Destroyer smirks.

“We have banished you from the realm Teged, why do you dare to come in front of us once again?”-Chief E. angrily replies.

“Because I have the audacity to tell you that there are now beasts roaming in our land. Unwanted guests. And with me, we can be rid of them.”-Teged/The Great Destroyer.

“We will not accept this foolishness and lies Teged. Go away from here.”-Majowen replies not thinking twice about his actions.

“Very well. But you will regret not listening to me. I was warning you of the danger up ahead. Good luck Majowen and Egebald.”-Teged/The Great Destroyer smirks again.

“Do you think he was right, Egebald?”-Majowen asks with dwindling hope.

“Heavens no. He may be plotting to bring us into an unnecessary war. Or for us to lose many army-men. He plots like this all the time. A very dangerous man he is Majowen.”-Chief E. states with seriousness baked right into his cold soft words.

They look at the village burning behind them. The “beasts” are the suspect in this unexpected attack.

Majowen and Egebald do not want to create a disharmony, so they ignore the incident as there were no lives lost.

The next day, many beasts come and make the water supply scarce for crops to grow. The village was already in a cold long winter, so this was not a good thing at all for their civilization.

“We must put an end to this.”-General Majowen says with hatred.

“Yes, Majowen. They will be ended.”-Chief E. agrees quickly and softly.

The End of The Line...

_____________________________________________________________________

Recap:

Chief E. remembered his terrible past with The Great Destroyer. 25 years ago, and the grave mistake he had made of not listening to The Great Destroyer, as his words were usually bitter. Find out what happens with Nad and Anion in their quest to stop the possibility of an upcoming war...

_____________________________________________________________________

At the Willowbring Forest, Nad was snooping on the soldiers for a couple of long dark, and unforgiving days. He did not wish for Anion to go back to the village prison. This is what has been going on for a little while before...

“Storm, get down, we don’t want to be seen!”-He said in a loud whisper, commanding his loyal pet, not to peek over the trees.

“You don’t want to get us caught, do you?”-Nad said, questioning the Inferno’s desire to be free.

“The soldiers have been talking about new supplies meaning they are taking him back to the village”

The soldiers whistled across the lake of Willows. The trees gleamed with a shining light refracting unto the water.

“The ‘traitor’ is going to come soon and save his friend. But what he does not know is that we are getting new supplies, and we are some of the best men Chief E. has ever needed. We need to make sure that Anion stays in that cage and we don’t get killed, for these reasons. I am making sure that we double the search party for not one but two gifts for the village ten!”-The captain exclaimed.

“We must find the deceiver and bring him back for justice!”-The captain said as all 25 agreeing men crowded around him.

An almost simultaneous chain of “Yes sir!” crowded the thin air.

The “Yes Sirs’!” filled the air until it hit Nad’s ears.

Chief E. was thinking of what to do with Anion. He felt as he was making a big mistake, but he also remembered that Anion had captured beasts with Nad burning down the village.

The village bell rang as they saw a familiar figure approach them…

Nad was flying through the forest when he decided to take some time to review the tricks he had been practicing with Storm. As he said,

“Remember the training I gave you?”

Storm nodded and bucked at the wood in his hand trying to eat it.

“Stop! Not THAT training! It’s the one where you pick up the stick and throw it, we have to get ready for the upcoming war, and I trained you so we can fight.

“They are not applying a truce with the beasts. I know my village. They are determined to stop us at once.”-Nad powerfully said from the wisdom of his experiences.

“Are you looking for something?”-Said a quiet voice behind them

Nad and Storm whirl around to find a skinny girl with an Emerald-Ruby necklace and she had a new beast Nad had never seen before.

“Who are you? What is that beast! I have never seen it before. Did you name it? What is your name?” Nad asked.

While Storm huffed a little. When he finally noticed the female beast and quickly stared at her.

“My name is Ish and I have not named my pet. She’s a jolly one though.

She and I are common in many ways and I am one of the Totem People.”-Said Ish

“Wow what are the Totem People?”-Asked Nad in awe.

“The Totem People are a village connected with the beasts hidden out of the Village Ten’s reach”-Ish said casually.

“This is why I never saw you! I was wondering why you were never seen”-Claimed Nad.

“Yeah we are all fighters and all, but life is…”-Ish was cut off when a soldier was running toward them!

“Hey you are the traitor!”-He said unsheathing the sword as he and a couple of men stepped out of the bushes.

“It took you THAT long to figure it out?” Nad asked the soldiers, “Do you like to forget what I look like?”-Nad said with ease in a disrespectful tone.

“Attack!!”-Said the soldier as he dodged the attacks by Storm swerving and making it to them as soon as they found the soldiers.

“Uhn”-Said Nad wincing as he slowly went unconscious

As he woke himself back up, he felt braver than ever kicking one of the charging soldiers to the ground. In a flurry, he picks up the sword of the fallen soldier and dashes the leader, and swings for the other soldiers.

“YAAAAA!!!”-He yelled as he rushed with an urge towards the next soldier as he felt a piercing in his shoulder.

“Eya!!!” -He quietly shot out of his mouth as he fell to the ground

“Nad!!”-Screamed Ish as a soldier kicked him off the cliff up ahead, as he fell to his impending doom…

Corruption Grows...

_____________________________________________________________________

Recap:

Previously on War for Peace, Nad and his new friend Ish were fighting some of the soldiers scouting in the woods. Meanwhile, at the village, a mysterious figure is menacingly walking toward the fort gates. As the supplies and troops near their destination, things look bad for the duo.

_____________________________________________________________________

Back at the village, the mysterious figure approaches Chief E. with a straight smirk right on his face.

“Egebald, how I missed you for all these years. You banished me and did not listen to my advice, which caused you to make a grave mistake. And now you are paying the price for this.”-The figure says.

“Teged. You betrayed us. How can I believe your twisted words even if you are right? That great incident you created harmed everyone in our village.”-Chief E. replies.

“Well, I would like to fix my mistake. Behold, I have created the most powerful being in the realm. The Corrupted Beast. You will ride these and go to war on them. I heard of what had happened to Anion and Nad. You can fix it with this.”-The Great Destroyer replies.

I must take into account what had happened to our village… But how can I listen to that FOOL who betrayed us? Maybe I must listen to him.’-Chief E. thinks to himself.

The Corrupted Beast stood there, not attacking or harming a soul.

‘It looks like a troll that had a plague’-he thought again,

‘It feels like it is scared to move a muscle, what has that deceiver done now?’

Back in the woods, the forest fight continues...

Nad was falling to his doom when he woke up feeling the breeze by his face. The long fall ahead made him see and feel this. So he ran up and grabbed at the nearest branch and clung to it, his body aching, he made a sigh and called,

“Help”-Nad cried in a raspy voice, “please help..”-As he trailed off.

Just an arrow was enough to tire him, but to get kicked and hang off a cliff was bound to be terrible.

Ish looked down the cliff and saw nothing in sight.

“Go get ‘em, girl! -She said to her pet.

The beast slowly lunged and grabbed the soldiers with vines.

They grunted and grimaced but it was no use.

Storm swept under, and soared down and down until he smelled… Nad!

Nad was about to plummet to his foretold end, as Storm dove towards Nad making sure that the owner was safe.

Storm utilized his training to defeat and end the men’s unnecessary painful battle.

The elites had tried to stop Storm’s rampage, but it wasn’t enough.

The remaining 4 lunged towards Storm.

Storm swirled and used his electrifying wings to shock a soldier.

Another warrior threw his spear, and Storm grabbed it and kicked him down, stabbing him in the chest. (That must have hurt…)

He shouted out a battle cry! Now that more men were arriving,

Two more Inferno’s rushed to aid Storm in his battle.

One guarded Nad, and the other, Storm.

As the now 8 elites sprinted to the Inferno’s, taking down one of them, teaming up and tricking the beasts to look somewhere else. However, Storm knew these tricks and chewed at their armor making them slightly frightened of the overgrown amphibians.

Storm ducked and took off in the sky, then twirled back down making a garden of lightning around him. As all the guards were electrocuted, Ish jumped onto her beast and fled with Nad.

Storm had just now realized that this was time to retreat. So he flew tailing Ish’s beast back to her village…

As they arrived at the distant village, The Totem People greeted the beasts and the outsider (Nad) and spoke.

“Ish. Why is “this fellow” here?”-A village wizard said as he prodded Nad with his long gray mossy torn-up stick.

“His name is Nad and he ran away from the Village Ten.”-Ish replied with haste.

“Interesting. So your friend lived in a terrible ecosystem. They hunted Flypers far and wide and did not care for the terrified “beasts'' as they call it. We call them Flypers. The most powerful living beings in our universe. The protectors of light.”-The village wizard told with a story-telling voice.

As Nad awakened his eyes, he saw beasts of all kinds from ice-cold, to molten hot, to just normal beasts.

“Wow”-Nad gasped in wonder,

“There are beasts of all kinds!”-Nadian whispered as he looked around.

The Totem People had a small village with shacks green and lush like the forest itself and big houses with water. The Flypers ate and slept there and it had no scratch marks.

There were flowers of all kinds and markets with all types of natural forest food, to just wooden trinkets.

“Would you like to hear of an old tale we tell to our children? We like to call it The Journey of Q’elta.”-The totem wizard asks.

“Yes. I would love to hear about this story.”-Nad responds softly still looking in awe around the village.

“Well, let us begin...”-The wizard states

Meanwhile…

The Great Destroyer stood still of shock. He couldn’t believe what Chief E. had done. Chief E. had accepted the offer to welcome the Corrupted Beasts to their army.

“Thank you. We were hoping you would accept. We wish to rid this world of our unwanted guests that keep roaming into the land of humans.”-The Great Destroyer thanks, Chief E.

“My pleasure. But if you are up to ANYTHING harmful, we will banish you not just from this realm, but this world. Thus bringing you to The Underworld.”-Chief E. states with worry and seriousness.

“I understand Chief Egebald. We will make sure that you won’t live to see the day that this happens.”-The Great Destroyer smirks lightly.

General Majowen, Chief E., and Teged rode onto the beasts into the distance.

Anion arrives closer to the village, and at last, he finds out that this will be the beginning of the real war.

As Nad with Ish swoops in to save him, knocking out some soldiers, they find out that the war is confirmed...

Nad, Ish, and Anion met together at The Totem Village and obtained The Power of Q’elta...

_____________________________________________________________________

After the village was burned to the ground, a series of events took place forever changing everything between the trio and bringing The Great Destroyer closer to his corruption over the land of The Village Ten...

“Ish can you come any faster?” Nad complained, now at the top of the mountain making sure Ish catches up.

“I’m coming, it’s just that I need my Flyper to come up as well, but she isn’t budging” Replied Ish.

“How about this?”, said Nad holding up a treat, “Come and get it uh… How about Geobush?”-Nad spoke as he tried to name the Flyper.

Geobush did not do anything, probably to be deprived of sleep.

“See? She would have hated that name but she did not respond” Ish responded.

“Ok how about this,” he said snaking out a fish and shouting, “ TREAT!”

Geobush rushed towards Nad and gobbled up the fish and swallowed the treat.

“Stop!” Shouted a guard throwing his spear in the air making quite a scene.

Nad dodged it making his powers useful.

“Hello? Nad are you there? I need help with my pet!” Ish said cluelessly looking up.

“Kinda busy now Ish!” Nad yelled.

Nad was now faster than ever picking up the spear and throwing it in five seconds,

“Weee!” he said like a two-year-old riding a slide for the first time.

Zooming around the room he finally slammed the guard into the wall.

“NAD I NEED HELP WITH MY PET!” Ish screamed!

“Okay, I’m here,” said Nad now back to where Ish was

Ish blinked and slowly opened her eyes.

“How did you? Oh yeah, the powers,” Ish stated.

Nad now helped her get up Geobush, but then there was a familiar figure with twenty corrupted guards.

“Nadian En! You must pay for your treachery” the figure snarled. “Oh and also I’m not your true father Nad, and Ish is my daughter…”

Nad and Ish were surrounded by fifty more men…

Meanwhile, Anion was about to take out one of the most protected places in his village, the fort gates.

He spotted one of the garrisons coming in for their shift

‘Poor them,’ thought Anion, ‘They are so going to get fired because of me’

He kept spying until…

“Woah!” He yelled as he unknowingly made a portal under him and Wave that sent them both tumbling down onto a tree.

“What was that,” Said a soldier.

“Show yourself!” Spoke another man.

“Be careful men, someone might be spying on us” The leader said cautiously.

Anion looked at his hands

“How do I do that again?” he murmured to himself peeking at his hands.

Wave grunted probably to respond to him.

“We have to go in Wave but we need to plan something…” he trailed off as he watched Wave attack the garrison of surprised soldiers

Wave sprayed the soldiers making them slam onto the floor.

‘Thwip’ Wave was struck by an arrow and then another.

“NOOOO!” yelled Anion as he jumped down from the tree trying to make a portal

A portal slowly was getting bigger right below Anion but not big enough for Wave.

‘Open’ he thought as he started to fall.

It was all in a split second from the ground where his doom awaits and the tower, where the archers were firing, he fell right on top of one of the 5 archers he looked around to see 4 archers aiming at him, and suddenly he felt braver and quicker. Now entering and exiting all over the place. The archers could not keep up, so they soon were not aiming when Anion took out all of them.

“Soldiers attack the beast!” The leader boomed as he stood up.

Wave winced when a man stabbed him while Anion was getting to the Flyper.

“Wave no!” he said as he was making a portal, he jumped in and kicked the soldier

Wave recovered after about two minutes. (I don’t know because I did not have a watch at the time) since he was a fast healing beast as well.

“Wave you’re back!” Anion said as he was teleporting some guards back to the ground. (in a hard way)

Wave grunted and splashed the guards down

“MEN!” The leader remarked as he stood up again.

More and more soldiers were arriving when Anion unlocked another power instead of a portal he made his hands metal making soldiers easier to take out.

“Good heaven’s soldiers, RETREAT!” The leader roared seeing Anion take out 10 of his men in just seconds.

The Great Destroyer appeared before the boy.

“Sir!” The Leader exclaimed.

“Have any last words Onion?” He mocks Anion unintentionally.

“It’s Anion!” An annoyed Anion screeched.

“Still...” The Great Destroyer pauses.

Outnumbered and outgunned the Trio have limited choices to make…

Three Weeks Pass from the capturing...

Nad and Ish have been held captive by General Majowen and his soldiers for far too long.

‘I need to make an escape plan to get us out of here. We could go through the trapdoors, With lots of unanswered questions from evil forces who may be betraying us, we must be careful.’ Ish thought to herself.

Nad paced through the corridors of the village eating hall. Abandoned as the villagers have moved to The Corrupted Castle.

“We have a big place to stay. But we don’t have much food or water in this cold abandoned hall.” Nad explained as he continued pacing throughout the room.

Anion wonders how life could’ve been before they tamed the Flypers. He also thought that if he hadn’t run away from The Great Destroyer, he would have been in “the daily fire”.

‘I feel deprived of my right to live properly. No soul is here, I don’t even know if my friends are still alive. What could have happened to them?’ Anion thinks about the events that have occurred.

‘Maybe It’s high time to march up to The Great Destroyer and begin the war.’

Anion was thinking about the outcomes of the previous events, whilst The Great Destroyer’s elites shot him down.

Anion winces.

One elite talks on his radio.

“We got the boy. We’re coming back with him, sir.” The leader of the elites spoke.

Anion tried his best to make the elites not notice that he was still alive, barely.

Ish explains her escape plan to Nad, as they get started on the mission.

“So, It’s ready?” “You got it all figured out?” Nad asks Ish impatiently.

“Yes. It will be soon. Be patient.” Ish smiles.

Nad smiles back at her.

The two get started on their escape.

After a while, they figure out how to escape from the lonely depressing hall.

Nad knocked on the door waiting for a response.

“What is it at this time of night?” The guard sleepily remarks.

“Uhn” Grunted Nad as he kicked the soldier to the ground

“Ever since the serum was injected into our bodies, we lost our powers temporarily,” Nad tells Ish as they watch the guard fall.

“We need to make sure that they don’t inject us with it again so that we can use our powers,” Ish adds on to his sentence.

They ran out to the exit when they saw two guards charging in.

“Come on powers, where are you?!” Nad shouted with an irritated tone.

“Use that rope over there!” Ish stated as she glanced to the drawbridge.

Nad rushed to the rope as he yanked it down, and swung it directly into the guards.

“That was amazing, Nad!” Ish shouted from behind.

Nad and Ish ran out of the village, heading towards the direction of The Corrupted Castle.

As they approached the castle, they were met with Anion’s body in the river.

“Anion!!” Nad screamed.

Anion tried to wake up to Nad’s words.

But he didn’t have the energy to open his eyes.

Ish carried Anion out of the river continuing their trek to the castle.

“Is he dead?!” Ish asked Nad.

“I don’t know, he does look like he is” Nad responded with a tear rolling down one of his eyes.

Anion slowly opened his eyes

“What is up guys?” He said rather obnoxiously.

Nad and Ish blinked once.

“Anion you are alive!” Cheered Nad

“I needed to look like I was dead, so they would stop trying to kill me.” Anion explained.

Anion still remembered and felt the arrows in his back piercing through his spine.

“Yeah. I’m pretty much new, and ready for war.” Anion jumped.

Ish noticed the arrow.

“You don’t look like you are healed Anion,” Ish says.

Nad also notices the arrow. He ignores it trying to make Anion feel better and learn the brighter side of all the previous and ongoing events that have passed in the past three months after taming Storm.

“Come on Ish and Anion. Today, we will make history. We will be foolish enough to try and stop The Great Destroyer.” Nad seriously declared with a dire look on his face waiting for hope that was slowly dwindling out.

Precap:

Murky Waters+Endings?

_____________________________________________________________________

Nad, Anion, and Ish meet up, at last, three weeks later, after being split up when Anion makes the foolish decision to confront The Great Destroyer. Nad and Ish were captured by General Majowen, and have learned and been revealed many shocking secrets hidden underneath the surface of their lives. Anion was left alone escaping from The Great Destroyer, being captured later on and shot with an arrow in the back. Being thought to be dead, Anion was released into a river where Nad and Ish had met him. Now, on War For Peace Episode Twelve Parts one and two, the iconic trio must stop the war before everything as they know it is corrupted and destroyed...

_____________________________________________________________________

“We now know that this realm may be done. The corruption slowly moves inward summoning more and more corrupted beasts. There is nowhere to hide. Nowhere to move from. And nowhere to stay safe. This world has been corrupted by the biggest threat anyone has ever faced. The Great Destroyer.” Nad started his speech.

“Let’s go search for the Wisdom Flyper,” Ish told Nad and Anion.

The darkness neared the swamp they had found Anion in. It smelled out for survivors. And it was a lucky day for this darkness because it had just found three survivors to gobble up!

“Let’s get moving on it, because I just found the darkness, and it’s coming straight for us!” Anion whimpered and screamed scurrying away.

“Okay. But we must go to The Wisdom Flyper. So let’s get a move on it. If he comes close, I’ll try and take him out.” Nad stated fearlessly.

“Just come with us.” Ish tugs Nad’s arm.

The trio makes their way near The Totem Village, across the swamp, and along the forest. They find an ancient rune in a cave which opens up to the ancient civilization of Flypers. The wisest ones yet. But there is only one left.

“Who comes here?” A loud deep voice shouts.

“It is I. Ish. With my friends Anion and Nadian.” Ish explains.

The Wise Flyper sits down.

“You come to seek my advice on how to defeat The Great Destroyer and the darkness up ahead I see. Wise choice to come to me.” He sighs knowing their reason.

“Sit down, as I tell you how to end this evil threat.” The Flyper starts.

“The only way to stop evil is to fight it with good. You must forge the weapons of Q’elta using your newly-found powers. In The Murky Waters, if you explore far enough west, you will eventually come across the forge. After using this forge you will sadly lose most of your power, as they will be transferred to the weapons to control your powers, to fight smarter and stronger. Fight this darkness till the end, and fight for the freedom of your pets, they are like sons and daughters to me. Carry on you three, I am too old to help you.” The Wise Flyper tells them.

“Okay, but…” Anion gets cut off as the darkness starts to consume the cave.

Lightning flows through the darkness as cold as the frost-bitten land they are in. The Great Destroyer lay atop the darkness scolding the scalding hot nature of the darkness he had summoned not too long ago.

“You have come across the wrong edge of me. Your chief and general are under my command, and your village is in ruins. These terrible actions of mine can never be undone. And I like it this way. So come. Try and stop me with the power of the wise. This will NEVER EVER be enough to stop my rule of this land.” The Great Destroyer laughs. “Oh, you foolish kids. How can you not understand this from the beginning? This is why you will never thrive and stop me.” He laughs.

Nad gives him a death stare.

“Oh, I’ll show you…” Nad gets interrupted from his threat to the destroyer by Ish.

“I’ll spare you one last time. But if I see you again, I will go out of my throne and end your little ‘threat’” He tells them.

Ish, Anion, and Nad traveled far and wide in search of the forge. The Murky Waters were filled with danger, uncertainty, and darkness everywhere. Cold environments with snow in swamps? Yes, and much more darkness consuming all the land adding to the corruption.

The Great Destroyer’s wrath was filled in the staples of this newly transformed (for the worse) land.

“What has that guy done now? He consumed every single piece of land with corruption and darkness!” Anion shouts out noticing the transformation.

Suddenly, the trio spotted a golden light calling for them. The land slowly is taken away from its darkness. And music pulls them towards it.

“This must be the forge,” Ish says with awe.

Their powers float away like cold air near a volcano evaporating into the polluted sunlight. The forge fills up with power, spitting out three swords ready for battle.

Nad picks up the red sword. Anion picks up the blue shield. And Ish picks up the yellow bow with infinite arrows.

“I think we just found our power.” Anion tells the other two, looking with a smirk on his face indicating that he is ready for war.

Nad runs towards the direction of The Corrupted Castle yelling out,

“We’re coming to Teged. Or The Great Destroyer. We are coming…”

Part Two, Endings?:

Nad, Ish, and Anion fight against the many guards and soldiers as The Great Destroyer notices what has been happening.

“Hi-ya!” Anion takes out an armored guard with his shield.

“We mustn't waste time on these guards. Let’s get right into the castle, walk up to The Great Destroyer, make his orb shatter into pieces, and end the war before the darkness consumes and corrupts everything.” Ish explains.

Anion, Nad, and Ish enter the castle and lock the doors so that the guards cannot come inside.

Nad breathes heavily.

“Let’s do this.”

They jump up to the second floor kicking the guards off the stairs. The castle on the inside is a long dark mansion with corruption and darkness flowing freely through. All villagers that entered the castle were corrupted and frozen into the darkness. And the trio could only survive with the little power that they had left inside.

Anion parkours up amethyst shards while dark matter spreads under him. The corruption slowly is about to take him out.

“Anion!” Nad shouts as he pulls Anion out of the darkness.

“Go without me, Nad and Ish. You can take on The Great Destroyer.” He sadly grunts.

Nad and Ish run-up to the next floor when they are confronted by the rest of the guards.

Ish takes them on and tells Nad to continue.

He breathes in, and sighs.

Nad continues up to the last floor where he is met with the creepy smirk on Teged’s face.

Nad falls to the ground after seeing the smirk jumpscare him.

“I love that trick.” The Great Destroyer says with a big long smirk on his face.

Nad takes out his sword from his bag.

“Don’t even try. I have something to stop you. My friends may not be here, but I am much smarter and lighter than you, try to take me down. And you will be surprised who stands against you.” Nad seriously tells him trying to sound powerful in his deepest voice.

The darkness flows towards Nad, and The Great Destroyer makes a gesture signaling the darkness something.

Nad pulls out his sword again and attacks Teged.

“Yaaaaa!” He shouts in his best battle-cry, making a light so powerful, The Great Destroyer gets knocked out of the castle.

“So this is your secret. The darkness is a part of you!” Nad pointed out.

The Great Destroyer comes back up, only to continue the fight.

He rushes over to Nad and throws him out of the castle breaking the amethyst shard glass and injuring Nad.

“So now that fool is down for the count. Now I can resume my taking over of the world.” Teged evilly laughs.

A beam of dark light fills the sky starting to turn everything into darkness. Anion is corrupted. Ish is about to fall from battle. And Nad is exhausted laying on the floor under the castle. What will happen next?

Nad runs back up to the top floor and shouts,

“I will never give up!” Nad yelled as he entered the top floor.

He swung his sword towards The Great Destroyer’s orb.

Teged freezes him in place and brings him out of the freezing.

“You will never shatter my orb. It is the key to this darkness and corruption,” The Great Destroyer says as the sky turns pitch black with no stars or anything in sight. The only thing in the realm is the castle floating in a swirling purple light.

Nad lunges toward The Great Destroyer when the castle starts to fall into the abyss below.

“This is your final chance. Stop this corruption before the world ends as we know it.” Nad tells Teged.

“NO!” He snarled as he cast the darkness into the thin corrupted air.

Nad Pushed his sword through Teged’s ox-like body.

“Uhhh!” Teged remarked as he stopped the darkness.

“Fine. I will. But it may be too late for this.” The Great Destroyer smirks.

The world is about to end when the castle falls to the bottom.

“Noooo!! I can’t let this happen.” Nad screams.

The Great Destroyer turns on Nad and lets the castle be destroyed.

Nad and Teged have a battle before everything ends.

“You liar!” Nad yells.

“This is the only way for my rule!” The Great Destroyer grunts.

“Fine. Let the world end. I won’t stop you.” Nad grunts.

The castle falls to the end of the world where it will explode into billions of microscopic pieces.

BOOM!

The darkness shards fall into the village. Was it back to its full form? Were Chief E. and the others alive?

“Wow. We fixed everything?” Ish asks.

“Muahahahahahaha!” The Great Destroyer exclaims. “The darkness will corrupt the land just not here! Yet.”

Storm throws The Great Destroyer out of the land and Chief E. banishes him into the portal to The Underworld.

The villagers are on the verge of adopting the Flypers after realizing their mistakes to the “beasts” and Anion and Nad make up with their fathers.

But there still is darkness in this land. Not everything will be perfect for our heroes. They will face many more challenges. But they are ready. As they have a whole village and army to stop all evil.

The Great Destroyer bows before a mysterious figure.

“I am sorry my lord. But some idiot kids spoiled the plan to corrupt the land. And now, I am stuck in the Underworld for an eternity.”

“No. I can make you go back to the surface,” The mysterious figure laughs,

“Now, they will tremble...”

The Power of The Phoenix®

Part 1 Created By ©MLEGENDS HOME

_____________________________________________________________________

Prologue:

The Phoenix was a great power in the north-eastern villages. The majestic mystical fire bloomed through the wings of this bird as it would rise from the ashes of a volcano. It could take down the strongest of armies. Many villages were built in tribute to the phoenix near the volcano it slept in.

One unlikely young adult would embark on a journey to find the phoenix. But why?...

A grand wooden and stone hall made from the greatest of builders was filled with noisy executives debating on a terrible series of events that have started and will continue.

The chief of the village stood with power strongly executing his thoughts onto the people in the hall.

“We have come a long way from our humble beginnings bonding with the powerful phoenix.” He sighed. “The darkness is underway, and there is corruption. News has it that this corruption was caused by a very terrible foe of The Village Ten, The Dark Lord.” He tried to hold in shouting from the luck they had just been given.

The villagers in the hall screamed at what they had just heard. One executive stops them. He yells.

“STOP SCREAMING!!! We will handle this. The meeting is over. Leave and go to your respective houses and take a break. We will make sure everything is resolved.”

The chief thanks the executive. The executive whispers in his ear.

“Your son can take them on. I’ve seen his power. He can stop the darkness.”

“My son? That’s the silliest thing I’ve heard all day. Stop dreaming.” He remarks.

“You will regret not listening to me!” The executive yells as the chief walks away.

Part 1: Meet Nee

Me being the chief’s son can be a hard responsibility. I know I am nineteen, but it still feels like I’m being treated like a child. I have to stay home during the meetings, I can’t go outside the village. But right now, I can understand if they want all of us to stay inside the village walls as there is great corruption.

We live in a village off the map near an ocean, and we’ve heard many great things from The Village Ten, as we are official trade partners. Meaning, we trade resources together. But today, I don’t want to talk about our partnership with The Village Ten. I want to talk about how I’m going to sneak out of the village and try and find the phoenix, who could be a powerful strong ally to me.

I jump stealthily out the window of my room. The time is Three AM. The guards just left to get some sleep for ten minutes, and I take the chance as an opportunity to leave. I grab some rope and climb the wall.

A guard sees me. My heart beats as fast as ever.

“Hey! Who’s that sneaking out!” He shouts loud and clear.

The other guards wake up and try to pin me down, but I don’t let them, parkouring up the watchtower jumping to the corrupted plains. I was surprised when I saw the guards weren’t chasing me, but something else was.

I hear a roar louder than my ears can handle. I see The Phoenix fly over my head and fall brutally in the ocean. My ears pop and I immediately swim to save The Phoenix.

Water splashes with waves rising up towards the hill behind me. The Phoenix starts to fly and brings the light over our village.

I tell The Phoenix what I’m trying to do, but he doesn’t listen and leaves to fly more. I quickly realize that I will be alone in my journey.

I see a forest covered in dark moss and corruption. Suddenly, a village comes to my sight. I run faster than I thought I could to see it. It was a village with a statue of a Totem. It was burned to the ground and I quickly saw some Flypers flapping their wings. And people atop them?

One woman tells me to jump on one of the guy’s Flypers. I listen to them for no apparent reason other than that I was feeling worried and needed to find the darkness. I forgot all about how these people may not be legitimate and true to heart.

I sleep quietly on the Flyper as rocks open into a cozy chamber filled to the brim with Flypers and humans. I wake up and ask them where I am.

“You have just arrived at The Flyper’s Den. A place where we are hiding out as the corruption grows. We found out that humans from The Village Ten, are trying to find peace with Flypers, and were being held captive. As we speak, I hear they are fighting the corrupted Dark Lord nearby in The Corrupted Castle.” A person speaks.

“Wow. I had no idea somebody was actually trying to make friends with Flypers and this is their outcome. In my village, like The Village Ten, Flypers are banned and will be taken down on sight. It’s a terrible law that I’ve always objected to.” I say, trying to converse while feeling terrible for the poor souls that have to face this kind of difficulty. I continue saying, “Can you bring me to The Corrupted Castle. I need to help.”

“That would be foolish. Stay here as they fight The Dark Lord.” One person rudely remarks.

Suddenly, the ground shakes as we are being pulled into a vortex of some kind. I make out with my eyes a person with a red glowing weapon facing off against a dark spirit. I immediately realize who these people are.

The Dark Lord, and the hero fighting him. I thought to myself, “I hope I could try and be like him.”

The sword falls into the endless void, and everything turns black. I wake up not knowing I was even alive. I open the door and I see myself in The Village Ten. Three people are standing in the middle, and the chief is casting a spell to banish The Dark Lord to a realm?

I find out the names of those three people after consulting a villager. First, they were the heroes that stopped The Dark Lord, and second I now know their names. Nad, Anion, and Ish. I smiled and ran towards the direction of my village when I bump into my father rushing into the village.

“So, you snuck out of the village and came to this dangerous place where the corruption was being held? I am truly very disappointed in you. Our main executive told us that you were worthy of taking on the darkness, and I actually considered it. Now you do this?” He remarks angrily.

I apologize to him, but it seems that it isn’t enough. I quietly sit down on a bench and think about what just happened.

I give up on wanting to be a hero and I go back home fuming with deep anger. As I sleep that night, the stars shine on me and I see none other than!

______________________________________________________________

Note From TMD: (These books will vary in taking place in different points of view other than just first-person.)

Anion woke up to startle as he had just woken up from a nightmare of The Great Destroyer they had faced earlier that day. Nad was awake the whole night. He looked at Anion and smiled.

“Don’t worry. I can tell you had a nightmare about the events that unfolded today. Thankfully, we could take out TheGreat Destroyer and save The Village Ten from total corruption.”

“You are too good at understanding facial expressions Nad. It’s one of the many reasons, why you are such a great friend.” Anion smiled and reassured Nad that he is there for him.

The two went to sleep after great trouble earlier and thought much of what possibly could happen tomorrow.

As Nad and Anion woke up, they realized that Ish was missing!

“No! We just beat The Great Destroyer yesterday, and now we’re having missing friends?” Anion shouts.

“Don’t stress about it Anion. I know for a fact that Ish will return.” Nad says as he comforts a worried Anion.

Nee flew out of the village atop the phoenix. Wait, what? How’d that happen? Let’s take a quick rewind back to where we left off during the last part.

I give up on wanting to be a hero and I go back home fuming with deep anger. As I sleep that night, the stars shine on me and I see none other than!

‘The Phoenix’

The Phoenix calls to Nee. He could feel it wanting to make him come.

He lunges atop The Majestic Phoenix and feels the wind’s power push through his arms.

“This is truly a great feeling. Thank you for giving such a wonderful experience. Why me of all people?” Nee asks the phoenix.

The Phoenix responds.

“You saved me yesterday. I truly cannot thank you enough. But that’s not the important reason. There’s something special in you. I think that you can overcome The Cliff of Endings.”

“First of all, you can talk? And second, there is absolutely no potential in me. I’ve given up on thinking that. Third, how in the world can I survive The Cliff of Endings! Even that name is intimidating.” Nee responds rudely.

“True heroes never give up hope. You haven’t given up yet, and I can sense it. The Power of The Phoenix is unmatched. Listen to me.”

“Fine.” He sighs.

The Phoenix brings Nee to the cliff.

Nee lunges off The Phoenix to the dangerous fifteen-inch cliffside.

‘This looks extremely dangerous.’ Nee thinks to himself as he puts a thumbs up in front of The Phoenix.

The Phoenix quietly watches as Nee stealthily easily makes it through various traps.

“You are doing good. But not great. Faster. Do it faster with more agility.”

Nee jumps to one of the sticks above a cavern filled to the brim with lava. As he lunges from stick to stick, they burn behind him. He sees the end. A glowing crystal attracts him to finish. He sighs and speedruns the last stretch from parkouring on stones, to backflipping over trolls.

“I s-see the crystal!” He says tired as ever.

He catches his breath and runs over to the crystal.

As Nee catches the crystal, The Phoenix grins.

“Everything in this cliff is meant for the endings of the adventurer. You’ve overcome almost all of it. There is a trap beneath you.”

“Oh no,” Nee says as he tries to catch his breath once again.

The stone starts to crumble and Nee quickly sees his impending doom of 800 feet below him.

“He-help me!” Nee shouts scared of the fall.

“I told you. I won’t be helping you today. You must do it yourself and make it to the end.”

Nee grins and looks down. He parkours from side to side, from tree to tree, and makes his way down to the bottom.

“What’s next?” He asks looking for air to breathe with.

The Phoenix brings Nee atop him and flies to a portal.

“What’s this?” Nee says.

“A portal to The Underworld.”

“N-no I am not going there ever. That place is wicked and filled with evil.” Nee tells The Phoenix shivering.

“You must. I will guide you. We must find The Great Destroyer and stop his evil plan.”

“Evil plan? Underworld? The Great Destroyer! Should I be listening to The Phoenix?” Nee mumbles.

Nee thinks for a minute and nods.

“Bring me in…”

Part 2 ½

Nee coughs after being transported to the realm. He notices the crystal is gone.

“Where’s the crystal?” Nee asks The Phoenix.

“Inside you. Like I will be now.”

“Wh-what. Why will you be inside me?”

“Because I must travel with you, but I will grow weak in my full form. My powers are now what you can harness. I will be like an assistant that can talk to you, inside of you.”

The Phoenix disappears.

“What, where’d you go?”

“I’m inside of you.” The Phoenix reassures Nee.

Nee walks forward, and the green grass swiftly becomes dark corrupted stone as dark and gloomy as the great evil that resides in these parts.

Cackles fill the air with no ceiling found, but bits of lava falling from nowhere above.

“This place sure is scary. Man.” Nee says quietly.

Suddenly… The lava stops. Even more, darkness fills the air. The cackles die out. The dark fog leaves. Lights come back. Nee finds himself in front of a Corrupted Castle remake even bigger than the first.

“How am I of all people supposed to take on guards in the biggest castle and the whole entirety of The Underworld alone!” Nee screams.

The Phoenix doesn’t respond. Three people from the shadows walk towards Nee.

“You are not alone. But I can’t say that this will be much easier. We’ve been at this for years.” One person says.

“Come with us.” Another tells Nee.

Nee follows them and keeps quiet remembering what happened just yesterday.

“You can’t really tell time here in The Underworld. But don’t think about that, and let me know, what’s your name?” The last person says.

“My name’s Nee. What’s all of yours?”

“Mine’s Henry and those guys are Lewmar and Trel.”

Nee doesn’t respond but smiles. The four walk away from the castle.

“One thing. Why are we walking away from the castle?” Nee asks them.

Lewmar responds, “Because we must recoup and get back to base before any evil sees us. It’s gonna take a while till we can make it to The Great Destroyer’s Castle.”

They continue to walk.

“That’s our base over there.” Trel points to a hidden hut small enough to squeeze in fifteen people with no breathing room.

“I guess this will do,” Nee says.

Nee looks around the abandoned hut and sees something that piques his interest.

“Hey, uh, what’s this?” Nee asks Henry.

“Oh, heh heh. That’s a broken up water-bottle.” Henry laughs.

“Oh. That looks nothing like a water-bottle.” Nee tries to converse, fake laughing.

Trel was about to say something but she couldn’t. The ground shook.

“Woah-wha-what’s that?” Nee coughs.

A dark face covers the land.

“Me…” A raspy dark voice says.

The Corrupted Dessert/Endings Once Again? ______________________________________________________________

Recap: Nee is found by The Phoenix, and is called to The Cliff of Endings. After overcoming the various obstacles within, he must go to The Underworld. He wants to take on The Corrupted Castle but is found by three people who tell him otherwise and to train. Nee must prepare to stop The Great Destroyer and find his power in the final two books out now!

______________________________________________________________

Nee watched as millions of billions of tiny bits scattered across the ground. The base he had recently arrived at was destroyed to ashes because of an evil spirit.

Henry cried into his arms.

“What. How? Our only home is gone. Hope shattered along with those tiny bits.”

Lewmar held his arm around Henry.

“We’ll fix this. We’ll get revenge. But first, we must go to the Corrupted Dessert and get our powers ready for the battle with The Great Destroyer, The Dark Lord.”

The Phoenix spoke to Nee.

“Your power is ready. After reaching The Corrupted Dessert, many challenges will await you. If you can complete them, I can assure you that you’ll be more than ready to take on The Great Destroyer.”

Nee agrees and talks to Trel.

“Hey, can we go to The Corrupted Dessert?” “I want to train there.”

Trel nods her head.

“Perfect. But it’ll be scorching hot, so we got to be extremely careful when there.”

They tell the news to the others and go west.

After about two long hours of walking, they leave to The UnderWorld border and reach The Corrupted Dessert.

Corrupted objects fill the land with wicked laughs dying out.

The world is silent, but danger awaits.

“Are you sure this is a good idea Trel?” Lewmar asks.

Henry responds instead.

“This will power us up. We need to find some power here to get ready for departure from this Corrupted Galaxy.”

Nee glances at what appears to be white sharp claws sticking out of the dark, gloomy sand.

“Uh…” “What’s that?!” Nee points at the claws.

“Everybody!” “Hide behind some corruption,” Henry screams.

Nobody listens.

“Do you want to survive, or be eaten by this menace approaching us?”

All four of them find an object and hide behind it.

A beast rises from the ground.

The Great Destroyer…

Atop it.

Lewmar thinks to himself.

‘THE GREAT DESTROYER!’

The Great Destroyer speaks to some spirit in the sky, nobody could make out and see what it was.

“We will return to the realm I was banished from. We can’t let anyone stop us. Both of us rule this world!” “New heroes are coming to stop our plans. People with powers. Including those so-called Flyper Tamers, Nad, Anion, and Ish. I have heard that they are seeking help from others to make sure there is no more corruption in their world.”

The spirit, a disembodied voice, gets ready to talk.

“I know that I am not your master, but I can hold off the upcoming heroes from The Underworld. While you go back up to The Realm and reinstate your rule and corruption.”

Nee is shocked by the sentences he just heard. His world is in danger, and he must stop The Great Destroyer from destroying everything.

What started as an issue in a big village for peace, has turned into an evil villain’s plan to destroy the world…

The Great Destroyer, the beast, and probably the spirit fly back to The Corrupted Castle. The four come out of their hiding spots and meet up.

“We just got valuable yet horrifying information. Not in our whole five years of being in The Underworld have we heard such rubbish let out. I can’t believe that they are trying to destroy our universe.” Trel cries.

Henry looks at his hands.

“We need to train NOW. If we can make it to the other end of The Corrupted Dessert, and make it to The Corrupted Castle, we will stop The Great Destroyer and end his reign over these realms.”

“Yes. I think we can do this!” Nee agrees.

The Phoenix speaks to Nee.

“That news was something I couldn’t handle myself. Go through The Corrupted Dessert, and I’ll guide you.”

Nee smiles and follows the other three.

“Looks like we have a rune to cross. Everybody stay alert. There could be traps everywhere.” Lewmar tells the others.

Swords fly out of the ground as Trel puts her foot forward.

“See what I mean!”

Nee parkours bursting into flames and running through the traps.

“That was amazing Nee!” “How’d you do that?” Henry asks.

“I-I don’t precisely know but follow me before the traps get you.”

The three follow as they make it through many traps.

‘Man, wherever I go with you, you always make me go through so many traps Phoenix.” Nee pants.

The Phoenix grins. “That’s just to train.”

The rune appears in front of the four.

“Okay. We’re not here for the rune, but let’s pick it up and just go out of here.” Trel says.

“Ok.” Henry nods.

Trel picks up the rune and feels a burst of power through her.

“I-I feel strong!” She shouts.

Trel breaks open the exit and the other three follow.

“Looks like everybody’s getting some new power or the other.” Lewmar smiles.

“Yeah. I think you should take the next, Lewmar.” Henry tells him.

Nee spots another rune passage.

“Well, looks like there is a next one.” He winks.

The four make it through the rest of the repetitive traps and Lewmar picks up the rune. Trees grow from the ground.

“Looks like it’s yours next,” Trel tells Henry.

After making it through to the final rune, the team advises Henry to pick it up.

“I won’t,” He says.

Nee grins.

“Take it. We’ll need all the help and power we can get.”

“If you say so…” “Then yes.”

Henry picks up the rune and energy flows through his blood.

“Let’s keep on going,” Lewmar tells them.

All four of them screech to a halt.

The Corrupted Dessert is gone. They are back in The Underworld…

Part 4- Endings Once Again?

The Great Destroyer watches as Nee, Henry, Lewmar, and Trel reach the end of The Underworld.

“Stop them!” He orders his Corrupted Guards.

The spirit glances at The Great Destroyer.

“You have a long history. First, you wanted to destroy the Flypers, and now you want to corrupt and dominate the world. I applaud you. That you could have the guts to actually try and pull this off. But it may not work out the way you think.”

The Great Destroyer angrily looks at the spirit.

“And why is that?”

“Because you aren’t thinking about how many of them there are. There are heroes from your realm, from The Underworld, and other dimensions. So many of them are waiting to end your rule. You need to find the master.”

“Nonsense. I am thinking properly. But we do need to find the master. He spoke to me once I entered The Underworld, but then left me with you.”

Nee, Henry, Lewmar, and Trel rush through the darkness, finding The Corrupted Castle.

“We did it. The last final stretch of the journey is here. To stop The Great Destroyer!” Henry heroically states.

Nee breaks down the door, and the team is met with some guards drinking coffee on the broken-down seats.

“Excuse me, kind sirs, what is the way to The Great Destroyer?” Lewmar asks in a fancy accent.

A guard points right, and just as they were about to go that way, a guard looks angry as ever at them and screams something.

“Patireashy!”

Suddenly, all twenty guards in the room stand up and become taller.

“I have a bad feeling about this…” Trel gulps.

The guards are about to hit Lewmar, but Nee comes to his rescue.

Nee backflips over one of the guard’s heads, and hits him with fire down to the ground.

“Oof. That must have hurt.” Henry says, almost feeling sorry for the guard.

The rest of the guards take one good look at Nee… And run.

“That was awesome!” Lewmar congratulates Nee.

“Yeah. I don’t exactly know how I pulled that off, but I know that it wasn’t all me,” Nee winks at his fists.

The Phoenix winks back at him.

The team finds another floor.

“Doesn’t look like a big castle to me, I can see that wicked smile of The Great Destroyer on the top floor all the way ten long floors up.” Henry laughs.

“Don’t doubt the power of a maniacal powerful dark villain. We must be careful, for as we may not know what challenges await us above. And also, it’s big if it’s ten floors, reality check Henry.” Trel says.

As they move up floors and stairs, more and more guards attack, but no one is taken down by corruption like the case in Nad, Anion, and Ish’s go at this.

Finally…

“One more floor to go,” Lewmar tells the rest of the crew.

They fight all the guards and spirits. But once they reached the last floor, nobody knew what would happen.

The Great Destroyer was performing his departure to his old realm, to exact revenge and corrupt the world.

The spirit that spoke to The Great Destroyer previously, spotted the team.

He sent guards to fight them off.

“Looks like we’re not getting there anytime soon.” Lewmar sarcastically remarks. “Are we?”

Fifteen minutes later, the spirit performs the departure as well, and the guards are knocked out.

“Okay. So, now we must fight The Great Destroyer. I have a feeling he’s going to stop the performance and leave it to the spirit.” Trel says.

Henry grins.

“Let’s do this.”

The Great Destroyer flies up from his corrupted throne.

“It looks like we have visitors to terminate.” He grins even more than Henry.

The Great Destroyer picks up a sword and starts fighting the members of the team one on one.

He takes on Lewmar first.

Lewmar throws himself to The Great Destroyer, and then The Great Destroyer holds him back.

Lewmar is thrown to the ground and knocked out.

“Lewmar!” Trel screams. “Now’s my time to fight. Let’s show this fool what I’m made of.”

Trel punches The Great Destroyer with rocks breaking into him every second.

The Great Destroyer pushes Trel away, and Henry tries to fight him.

Similar events occurred, and Nee watched as The Great Destroyer stared at him.

“You won’t get away from this” Nee said, not doubting his words.

But The Great Destroyer wouldn’t let that happen.

The Great Destroyer entered a vortex that led him back to the realm.

“No! I have to stop him.” Nee yelled.

But it was too late to stop The Great Destroyer now.

Nee brought the others through the vortex.
