I really thought that I'd be posting this in early March, but with the break ending yesterday, I knew I had to post it today!

Enjoy, it takes a while to make all these books!

PROLOGUE:

A long long time ago, there were heroes that defined the word itself. There continue to be heroes that continue to redefine the meaning as well.

This is the story of how one person could find out the true meaning of the world, forever closing the gap between good and evil, powerless and powerful, and just the inhabitants in this world itself.

Backgrounds

“There is a possible way for our town to be saved.” An executive stated.

“You have been given too many chances and opportunities. You will be brought to the cold arctic tonight. You watch how you expire in less than five minutes.” The corrupt mayor said with no emotion.

“No sir, please!” The executive said, trying to stop the mayor.

“Nothing will help you now…” He maniacally laughs.

“YOU watch how the destined one will stop you and save our town from the evil that has arrived!”

“Do you think I want this evil to go away?” He laughs.”Oh, I just want it to stay so I can embrace it, and with full power, rule the world. And I bet you, there is no destined one.”

“Take him away from here!” He calls upon the security guards.

The hero of the story comes into sight…

Running like a cheetah comes Hankel Meltin, a normal twenty-six-year-old man on HIS sidewalk in his neighborhood.

The mayor feels the power of Hankel awakening, and as a reaction, falls out of his chair.

His glasses fall to the ground and shatter on the dark brown hardwood floor.

He gets up and after answering his guard’s ‘Are You Okays’ sits back down in his chair thinking about what just happened, and how his future could be affected by it.

The spotlight returns to Hankel.

He feels let’s just say, different.

After returning home after his mid-morning jog, he drinks some water and rushes up the stairs to his room for his gaming session, involving streaming on Tweeitch with his friends.

He starts his Meng Sus stream.

“Hey everybody, today we’ll be playing some Meng Sus! Meng Sus is a game where there are one, two, or three imposters, and there are three or more objects, you can choose any, and you have to avoid being sabotaged by the secret imposter. When meetings are called, you are required to find out who is the imposter and stop their evil plan to rule the world, starting with defeating you, or us. Make sure to mute the stream and not to look at my screen for a fairer game!”

He carries on with the stream, and after twenty games go by, he decides to wrap up and go for lunch.

After eating lunch, he watches the news and is blown away.

The town his brother lives in has no chance of surviving for more than two more weeks.

The news reports, ‘This is Alex Meyers on MLEGENDS NEWS. Dangerous evils have been let loose in the town of Saint Trim. The mayor has told us that he tried his very best to prevent anything like this from happening, but here it is. He wants every one of the people to leave the town and stay safer in the suburbs.’

“That is quite the news. I really hope Anden is alright.” Hankel’s father says.

“Don’t worry. I’m going to Saint Trim. I will make sure that my younger brother is protected from all harm.”

Hankel packs his bags, brings his car, and gets ready for his journey to Saint Trim Town.

Despite all the dangers ahead, Hankel is headed where many are leaving. And he’d be deeply in shock and surprised to know that his own brother was let into the arctic and is no more.

A worried Hankel arrives at Saint Trim.

The town feels deserted with dust pouring through in a snowy climate, now looking like a scorching desert.

“Oh my…” He says.

Hankel approaches The Town Hall whilst The Mayor feels a surge of power rush through his building.

“The one Anden spoke of during his last words must be here…” The Mayor says with a grinning face.

Hankel opens the doors to see the mayor crying.

“Wha-what happened?” Hankel shivers.

“A citizen named Anden has just died to the cold climate!” The mayor whimpers.

Hankel groans, and falls to the ground.

“Is-is he okay?” A guard asks.

“Oh, he’ll be much more okay in the Arctic…”

Hankel was unconscious, freezing till the end.

The mayor was laughing his head off, as he had just removed his only threat from existence.

“Let the news outlet come. We’ll tell them what just happened.”

Meanwhile, Hankel’s father was watching the news on Television.

‘Hey everybody, this is The Molten Dragon on MLEGENDS NEWS! Breaking news has swept the cold land to frost. The mayor has reported an all-time high of deaths from the cold. Today, we will tell you the names of those. Enaq Dee, and Hankel, and Anden Meltin. This is really unfortunate…’

Hankel’s father was about to faint.

“No. No…”

He passed out.

Hankel somehow survived the cold.

He woke up to a startle.

‘Why is there so much snow?’ He thought to himself.

“Because you are about to go on a journey that will show you the meaning of life.” A disembodied voice in the sky said.

“That’s not an answer, and who are you? May I ask, where are you?”

“You can’t even recognize your own brother’s voice, It’s been that long?”

“Wait, what? Show yourself, bro!”

“I’m afraid I can’t do that.”

“Why?”

“Perhaps you don’t understand that I’m up there now.”

“SO WHAT THAT MAN SAID WAS TRUE?!” Hankel said in disbelief.

“I don’t know what man you are talking about but yes. I would like to show you, er, something.”

“What, where?”

“Up there.”

Anden brought Hankel up to the clouds.

Anden and Hankel flew through mist, fog, night, and day.

“I can only come before you once for just two hours. I’m going to make these two hours very memorable and useful for you.” Anden said.

“What do you mean?”

“You’ll find out.”

The just reunited brothers make it to a rather interesting place.

Statues of legends fill the room with voices of the fallen heroes echoing through Hankel’s body.

“What’s this?” Hankel asks.

“The room of legends. The place where you will find the true meaning of the world.”

Precap:

Hankel finds out the true meaning of the world and embraces it. Anden soon disappears, and Hankel must find out what really is going on in the town, and how Anden died. After learning what happened, he plans to reach the town and stop the mayor from his evil plan…

It’s officially confirmed! Four parts will be coming out for this book, so make sure to stay tuned, because I will be releasing one part every three weeks or so, as the other authors including me, will be publishing one book a week, meaning you will have one book a week to read.
