The MLEGENDS Rules

I, your new author of the year winner will now announce the new rules that a newer election is taking place to confirm where each author will stand. Ok on with the post!

So first off we have the people who want to add new rules pages post series etc, the main person to make newer rules would be TMD The Molten DRAGON! Since he is the creator (of course if he wins the election I take his place). Next, we have the people who approve these rules and the leader of them is... ME!
