Chapter 1: Donuts and News

“What’s the big emergency?” I said.

“It’s very very bad.” said my boss. I think this is going to be very bad but at the same time I hope it is bad, so the whole team can fight together again, but when I heard him say it I was really not surprised.

“I am out of donuts.” said my boss

“Is that the big emergency?” I asked

“Well ya, what else would be a big emergency?” said my boss.

I was not happy to hear that, I thought something HUGE. I was hoping that the whole team would come back.

“Hi, welcome to Bakers Bakery, what can I get you today?” asked the cashier.

“I will take a dozen donuts to go,” I said.

“Just for you?” asked the cashier

“No, for my boss,” I said

“Um… is he going to eat all of the donuts?” asked the cashier

“Yes, he will eat all of them, on different days,” I said. I think that if evil hasn’t come back for a while, then they are planning something big. I have to go tell my boss. I leave as fast as I can.

“HEY, YOU FORGOT YOUR DONUTS!!!” Yelled the cashier. I pretend I don’t hear him. When I get back to base I look for my boss. When I find him, I tell him the news.

“Hmm… you might be right Marcus, and we stay ready for anything so I am calling the whole team, so we can stay alert and be ready, so we will practice too, and I will make something for you, it will be done by tomorrow, and it will make you go so fast, now got back, and be ready for when the evil attack.” said my boss.

I was so happy because the team was going to fight together again. Later that day.

“Ok, evil has not attacked in a while, so all we know is that they are planning something evil, so Hero’s get to work.” said my trainer

The Next Day

I wake ready to go to the base, when I get back to the base everyone is looking up, so I look up and what I see I have never ever seen in my life…
