"Not acceptable." said the publisher, "But-" ,"No buts!" "Fine." said Clark, "Stupid publisher, I can't believe he didn't like my book, I worked on it for like a month, probably 2!It's so annoying!" mumbled Clark, "Taxi, please!"
Later that day...
"Slam!" " Mom! I'm home!" said Clark, "Oh hi sweety did you get your book published?" said his mom, "No they turned me down, again! That is the third publisher I've tried!" said Clark, "Well maybe you will get your book published tomorrow, I hear there is another publisher in Uptown Switchwell, my little author Clarky!" "Mom, never call me that again.'
The next day...
"Huh maybe this publisher will accept my book!" said Clark as he walked into the door of the uptown publishing service, "Oh hi!" said the lady at the front desk, "Are you Clark?" " yes i'm Clark." "Well come on in then!" said the lady.
45 minutes later
"Well Clark you're in, we will publish your book, but there is a problem." said the publisher, "Uh what's the problem?" said Clark, "Well the story is good but it is kind of bland, but I never turn down a good book, so I will give the whole summer to let you make it more detailed." said the publisher, "Oh ok! Thank you so much! Wait I never caught your name." said Clark, "Call me Mr.Afton."

Hey I would like to make a suggestion. So when he says I worked on it for a month maybe two I would change that because books take a year or two to write well real books that are like 200 pages.
