It's Official... We're Taking A Break

Hey, what’s up everybody, It’s The Molten Dragon, and welcome back to another wonderful post...

This may be one of my more serious posts. We'll find out as I work through this post.

We work hard on our books and posts. Tirelessly in fact. We know that it may not seem like much to you, but we work more than three hours a day alone on the website.

We have our work that starts early in the morning, too early afternoon. Then, we pour our heart into the website till six. After that, on the weekends, we get working on playing some Among Us and Minecraft for the new YouTube channel.

It's pretty fun honestly. But now, it's getting too tedious. Having little off-time, not making your hobby of writing books a job yet, working on videos, doing important work un-related to the website. It's becoming too much for us.

That's what pushed @lazy_lightning and @VetraVortex to be on the verge of quitting. Then, when we work three long hours on a five-minute book each week, you respond with little views and an abundance of hate comments?

I don't want to be rude to you, the readers, and other authors, but what is said in this post, must be said.

TieGuyGaming or Doctor Derp's book that I bet you he worked on for thirty minutes or less got sixty views. No comments? That's fine. Many views, that's also fine. But when a book that our team works on for hours and hours a day gets barely any views, that makes us feel very, very, deeply saddened.

To think that YOU want to leave a hate comment on our books and posts we work hard on, and cherish, is left with deep regret. When YOU decide to put that one hate comment on our books and posts, people will think that we are at fault, and made that book or post terrible.

This is unacceptable. I know, this website hasn't been as community-orientated this month, as it was last even though it's growing bigger and bigger each day, but we must stop this.

Authors like Supersonic and I, are very angry and sad that this is what our community-orientated website is coming to. It was first a dream of a terrible author who wanted to make books for people to enjoy, with little people coming to see his work, to a tedious job with 1,000+ members and ten authors to attend to you. We humbly ask you to stop making us work too much.

Many of you don't even need to be asked that, but the ones that leave hate comments, and bad tastes in other's mouths, it just feels so wrong.

When something grows to greater heights, you know you must work more, and that there will be lots of toxic hate along the way. The funny thing is that when you leave a hate comment, you are actually supporting us.

When leaving a comment, you must sign up and become a member to validate that you can leave comments. And there's no dislike button. (Oddly.) So, you have to become a member just to leave a comment, which is equivalent to subscribing to a YouTube Channel.

Now, off to the main reason I made this post.

We're taking a break...

I explained to you above, the reasons that we're doing this, and it will be done. Our team is working hard every single day, and we just can't keep up anymore. After this break ends, we'll be slashing off book series' as fast as new books come out. By next year, you'll have about 5-8 book series' all ending and starting, being replaced by one and another.

So... This break will last till early March.

This may be my last post for a while. And don't worry about our books.

The books will be heavily delayed. Now, before I end off this quite long post, I must tell you which book series' we have planned to end soon at the moment.

The Life of Oken Mwitter will be ending by March or April, Stolen Territory is undecided, but could be ending by early February when the break starts. Ginger McNeader, is also undecided. Magic Cats will be staying for quite some time as it has only just started, and is planned to be our featured series after The War For Peace Series comes to an end, sometime at the end of this year. Magic Wars has just ended along with The Power of The Phoenix. The Battle Continues will be starting immediately after the break ends, around the Spring Time we promised. My Ordinary Life is expected to stay around during our break as TieGuyGaming and Supersonic are more than likely to stay. (Not 100% sure.) Ninja Run Into The Future is undecided, as VetraVortex hasn't completely figured out part two and missed the Monday The 18th Deadline.

So, that's the details of our break, why it happened, and when it will end. We hope you respect our decision, and not have to turn off commenting on every single post. Thank you for reading, there will be no ads as this is a serious post about our departure. We will catch you all in our last post premiering this Saturday, 4:15-5:00 EST, January 30th.
