The Haunted Castle

They now lived together around in the woods just trying to survive.

“What are we supposed to do now?” asked Camar.

“Okay, so the life essentials are food, water, and shelter,” said Quinton.

“But we don't have anything…” said Camar.

“I heard there was a supermarket near us just east of the village. We just have to climb that mountain to get to it,” said Quinton. Camar agreed with Quinton and they headed off to the market to get some food and water. Once they got there they asked the cashier if they could have some chicken and many bottles of water.

“Did you bring money?” asked Quinton.

“Yes I did!” said Camar. They paid for everything they both and on the journey down the mountain Quinton picked up some firewood for cooking the food.

“I think we are all set!” said Camar.

“Don’t get too excited we still have a Wizard that is hunting us down…” said Quinton.

“I know but we have to set up a shelter for the night,” said Camar.

“I have a place, it is 5.4 miles away north then 6 miles east,” said Quinton.

“Okay! That works, let's go there now!” shouted Camar. They went back to the village but only got 2 miles north after that before it got dark.

“Uhh… What is that over there?” asked Camar.

“I don't know, probably just another village,” said Quinton.

Little did both of them know that that place was one of the most haunted places on the planet. It has been there for thousands of decades and theories say that the Tyrannical Wizard and his wife live there. They slept on the dirty forest floor and their whole backs got muddy by the sunrise. They woke up, ate some of their chicken, and left for the place where they were going to set up their shelter.

“Nice day outside, isn’t it?” asked Camar

“Ya, I think we should be able to get there today at night,” said Quinton.

They got exhausted when they had to take a turn so they took a short break.

“That was so tiring, did you bring water Quinton?” asked Camar.

“Oops, I forgot…” said Quinton.

“HOW COULD YOU! I guess we just have to drink from the lake. Did you know lakes have FISH PEE!” screamed Camar. They used what they were given and the lake water tasted absolutely horrible.

“At least were hydrated…” said Quinton nervously.

“WE JUST DRANK FISH PEE!” screamed Camar.

“Ok calm down, are we hydrated, or are we not?” asked Quinton.

“I guess you're right Quinton,” said Camar.

“Ok well we should start walking now,” said Camar. They set off on the walk and still tasted the horrible taste of fish pee in their mouths.

“This still tastes the worst, I still can’t believe that we drank fish pee.” Said Camar.

“We are now near so let's take a break, we earned it!” said Quinton. They both took a break and sat there for about an hour. They were both exhausted and hungry. Luckily Quinton brought the chicken that they bought from the supermarket.

“Tasty, I needed this!” said Camar. Once they finished eating they finally had the last stretch

“Um... Quinton, do u still taste the fish pee?” asked Camar

“Ya, it was like eating garbage from a landfill that got washed by milk.” Said Quinton.

“Ya the chicken ain’t working Quinton we need new and more food to wash the taste out of our mouths.” Said Camar.

“Let’s start our Journey again, so pick up our bags and start walking,” said Quinton.

“What do you mean “our” bags Quinton, I carry mine and u carry yours.” Said Camar.

“No you’re going to carry both of ours because you are stronger,” said Quinton. Camar agreed but was not happy about that. He could tell that if Quinton acts in this behavior, then they won't be happy living together. They both kept walking until something got in their way. They saw something so creepy that it could make someone pass out. It was a haunted castle. Farther away they thought that they were going to run into a village. Since they were curious they went inside.

“ This place looks really dark…” said Camar.

“Think on the bright side Camar, at least we can visit the place,” said Quinton.

“WHAT DO YOU MEAN AT LEAST WE GET TO VISIT THIS PLACE, THIS PLACE LOOKS LIKE EVIL WARRIORS LIVE HERE!” screamed Camar.

“Okay chill, we are already too far into this journey. We have to keep going, we can’t stop now Camar,” said Quinton. Camar and Quinton kept walking, but they soon ran into a dead end. They checked their backside and there were metal soldiers who were armed with guns and swords right there…

“AHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!” They both screamed.

“RUN!!” said Quinton. They scarcely rushed upstairs down the hallway and into a room, the room looked weird and creepy. Little did they know that there was an evil wizard right behind them…
