Hey, guys, It's The-Minecraft-Dragon, I haven't been posting much lately as you may know. But this thought has been running through my head for a couple of days. I should rank all the main series books and rate them by age, and my ratings out of stars. (I did get some star ratings from other people.) So, let's kick it off with the OG series, Minecraft Dragons!
MINECRAFT DRAGONS: As you all know, Minecraft Dragons was the first book series to make its way on the website. And boy, it was a great ride to make. Back then, I didn't add much detail, and the books were a bland two minutes long because I wished to rush out two books a day! That was pretty crazy. But, that was made up for because of the interesting concepts and stories of Phoenix versus many villains like The Dark Lord, teaming up with his brothers and friends to destroy the evil organization known as The Dark Fire. Overall, I'd give this book series a solid 2.5 stars, because of quality. The books were not perfect. The had a lot of quantity, to make up for that, in a sense. But, I feel, in this case, quality is better than quantity. So because of other ratings, I have rounded it up to 3 stars. As for the age rating, I would say everyone with a basic reading level should be able to enjoy this. And if you may not agree with me, I would also give it a mere 7+ rating.
THE DRAGONWORLD: (Why did I make two series have the name dragons in them?) The DragonWorld was a much-needed continuation of the long Minecraft Dragons series. I know what you must be saying, "The DragonWorld series is part of Minecraft Dragons!" But, in this ranking I'm rating them differently, The DragonWorld is a bit darker, so it requires a higher age rating. The DragonWorld was a continuation of The Minecraft Dragons series and introduced new characters, new villains, and new adventures. One main villain of the series was The Death King. He was basically, an evil turned NinjaFire. The war hero, Phoenix, his brother, and his friends set off to defeat The Death King and bring him back to normal. There is more to the story as well as X, and the beginning of Spell's journey and The Quest. But I'm leaving out those parts, and the Spell journey which is technically classified as Minecraft Dragons Earth series. So, in all, I would give this series 4.5 stars. It has that perfect, storyline, and close to enough time to shine. But, again, it feels just a little bit rushed in my opinion. As for the age rating, I'll give it an 8+ rating for age. My second age rating would be PG as well. But It's not as dark as the series after this next one.
THE REST OF MINECRAFT DRAGONS: Oh boy. This series was way too short for around 90 seasons I believe. But the suspense and amazing storyline were so good! Maybe that's just because I'm the author of these books, and I love my work, but I assume that most people would agree with me. Its fine to disagree with that statement, but I kind of believe so. So, the series kicks off with a new character known as Spell. He is the son of X from the last series. Spell sets off on a journey after he finds out that he's been taken to another planet because of evil villains. X and his wife, (I forgot the wife's name) stay back on earth. Years go by in The DragonWorld, where all the events in all the previous series mostly took place. Spell and his little sister, Elixir grow, and Spell stops The Dark Lord's re-arrival to destroy the world. And, at the very end of his short but long? Adventures, Spell ends his life to destroy his number one enemy, Duskian. Out of five stars, I give this series 4 stars. Sure, it wasn't perfect, but this series was amazing. If you could read any series from the two websites and rate them five stars, I would choose this one and the next series I will be rating. Age rating perhaps? I would say either PG or 8+. It is a dark enough storyline, but not as dark as some others.
Finally, the time comes for the last main series part of the two websites. Any other series falls under the mini-series part of these rated series.
L-ANON: L-ANON felt like the perfect series out of all of these if I could choose the best one. Though the series wasn't as long as the monstrosity of the amount Minecraft Dragons was, L-ANON was the most finished and refined of them all. Sure, it lacked some parts of the books, because of the reason that I literally skipped two books and A WHOLE SEASON worth of books for this particular series. But this series was and still is my personal favorite. The story picks off from the last series but delivers more stuff, I guess you could say. The main character is a student of Spell who was present in the last series. He had a hard life. Evil villains from the past are reappearing and actually destroyed his planet. He also had the trouble of his father being The Magrik King, which was nominated as one of the evilest villains of all time. In the middle, his brother actually dies. He does come back to life because I didn't want it to be too dark. Soon, pumpkins start appearing and destroy two generations of hard work which was known as The-Multi-Nation. Did I not mention his name? Oh, well, his name is Titan. Titan's best friend dies as well, and doesn't make an appearance till towards the end of the series when he's in a hospital! Due to brotherly fights over who should be president, he ends up in a hospital because he was threatening his brother in the next election for president of The-Multi-Nation! Titan had lost his powers and became a rebel. But soon, Natchur comes back to him and he and his friends go on a quest to find the power within themselves. Lot's of more stuff happens with L-ANON Z, and soon, The-Multi-Nation- is in a bad place. An evil villain known as Hexio, along with an old friend of Titan kills Lexio and Titan. But not to worry too much? Titan has a kid which was eventually named Lotus. Lotus goes on a journey with friends and finds out who his late father was. Lotus grows with his dragon and eventually takes on multiple evil villains and organizations. All to end the spectacular story which was sadly never turned into a book about Lotus's journeys. There, at the end of The-Multi-Nation, was an evil villain who destroyed the entire place and ripped it apart. A portal suddenly opened, and that was the end of the nation. Where did the portal lead? Well, read the new MLEGENDS series to find out... Yeah. this series felt so long, I had so much to say just for a description! For a rating, let's just say, I give this 5 full stars. As for age rating, I say it could just be 8+, but I'm just going to say either 8+, 9+, or 10+. Based on the description, let me know which one you think best suits this series in the comments section. And same for the other series. You can completely make up another rating like 18+ for example. Just try to stick with the description, especially because 18+ makes no sense whatsoever for these books lol. So it's PhoenixFire2474, and I'll see you in the next one!
This post took me an hour and a half. I need a break...
